A Good Year for the Roses by Gil McNeil

Molly Tanner is struggling to support her three sons in London, when her beloved Aunt Helena dies and leaves her a three-hundred-year-old bed-and-breakfast on the coast. Molly decides to move in and try to make the best of things while caring for her eccentric Uncle and his mean old parrot. But Molly's scheming brother had other plans.
