Miss Julia's Marvelous Makeover by Ann B. Ross

This is the fifteenth book in the Miss Julia series. Miss Julia is looking forward to a leisurely summer, when her cousin Elsie informs her that she is sending her granddaughter to stay with her to learn to become a lady. Miss Julia also finds herself having to help Sam with his campaign for state senate.
