Mind of Winter by Laura Kasischke

Holly Judge awakes on Christmas morning to find a terrible snow storm and the nagging feeling that something is wrong. She begins to believe that nothing has been right since she and her husband adopted their daughter in Siberia thirteen yeas ago. When Holly finds herself alone with her daughter she worries that she no longer recognizes her.
