Death on Blackheath by Anne Perry

This is the twenty-ninth novel in the Charlotte & Thomas Pitt series. Thomas Pitt is sent to investigate the strange goings on at the home of British naval expert, Dudley Kynaston. When a young woman ends up dead on his property, Pitt and his allies must try and uncover a the truth behind a deadly conspiracy.
